Digital Health: Learning evaluation and implementation guidelines development for Primary Care communications
Working with a regional implementation programme to evaluate the journey and learning, following 2 years of implementation work with Connect.
Implementation guidelines were produced to support national NHS Spread.

the need
This project was commissioned by the NHS.
The aim of the project was to evaluate a multi-site digital innovation programme that had run for 2 years in Primary Care and extract the learning to support future programme delivery.

A qualitative and quantitative evaluation leading to a learning report.
The report informed the development of the regional Digital Devon Accelerator change management programme, which UXC were commissioned to design and deliver.
Already nominated for 7 national awards (2020).
